Fallen Feather Films started in 2009 in the basement of Eric Martin’s parents’ home, like many great American businesses. Originally a video production company, it was born from Eric’s deep passion for filmmaking. That passion led him to earn a degree in Film from Full Sail University in 2013.
Soon after returning to Wisconsin, something unexpected happened: families started asking if he could help transfer old tapes. One job led to the next and that’s how Fallen Feather Films found its calling.
Most people don’t keep old tapes because they’re tapes, they keep them because they hold laughter, birthdays, voices they haven’t heard in years. We’re here to make sure those moments aren’t lost.
From your first phone call to your final pickup, everything we do happens right here in Green Bay. No shipping. No strangers. Just real people helping you preserve what matters most.
Since that first order, Fallen Feather Films has helped preserve over 150,000 home movies, photos, and audio recordings—from families right here in Green Bay to customers across the country and even overseas.
What’s stayed the same? Every item is still handled by our small, local team. And every customer is still treated like family.
We know this isn’t just about format conversion. It’s about trust. That’s why we always:
Your items never leave our care, everything stays right here in our Green Bay shop.
We treat every tape, photo, and recording like it belongs to our own family.
No hidden fees, no guesswork. Just clear timelines, honest pricing, and real updates.
We don’t rush or cut corners, your family history deserves lasting quality.
